Get Lost, Find Something.

Get Lost Find Something was my first solo show, held at Gorker Gallery in Fitzroy. The idea came from travel — the people you meet, the culture, language, thinking, creativity, everything you're exposed to when you actually get lost. Putting yourself out there. And that's the trade-off: you get lost, and you find something. Maybe love, maybe direction, maybe connection, maybe your own true self. It was an extension of my love of character and personality, worked through owls and other beings — each one its own individual, no two alike, just like us. And a sense that we're all connected, all part of one bigger world.
